How We Do It

As part of our commitment to RAD’s vision to work with Deaf people to create a better future we:

  • Meet regularly with Deaf Clubs across London and the South East of England to identify needs and collate feedback that continues to develop and improve RAD’s services
  • Deliver personal development training to the Deaf Community
  • Deliver high quality bespoke Deaf Awareness Training courses and packages
  • Manage RAD’s Legal and Hotel and Leisure Industry Quality Marks
  • Work with the RAD staff interpreters to ensure that their language skills and cultural knowledge are up to date and continually developing
  • Support and work with the Deaf Church by working in partnership to deliver the annual RAD Carol service at Chelmsford Cathedral
