Do you live in Lambeth and need advice or support? The Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD), in partnership with Age UK Lambeth, offers free face-to-face advice services for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

How We Can Help:

  • Filling in forms – Benefits, PIP, and more.
  • English to BSL translation – Helping you understand important documents.
  • Making telephone calls – Contacting organisations on your behalf.
  • Understanding bills – Water, energy, and other household costs.
  • Contacting the council – Support with housing, services, and more.
  • Signposting – Connecting you with specialist services.
  • And much more!
