Hounslow Deaf Living Well – Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service

The London Borough of Hounslow has partnered with RAD (Royal Association for Deaf people) to provide dedicated Information, Advice, and Guidance service for deaf and hard of hearing residents in Hounslow.

RAD can support you with:

• Filling in forms for benefits
• Translating English to BSL
• Making telephone calls
• Understanding bills
• Contacting your council
• Signposting to specialist services
• Community visit – home visit
• And much more!

When & Where:

📅 Every Fourth Tuesday of the month
⏰ 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
