The Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) is proud to partner with Electricity North West to offer free advice sessions for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals living in the Bolton area.
These sessions take place on the first Monday of every month, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and are designed to provide vital support and guidance on a range of essential topics, including:
- Energy-related guidance – Get expert advice on managing energy usage, understanding bills, and accessing available support.
- Financial assistance – Learn about schemes and financial aid that may be available to help with energy costs.
- Extra Care Register (ECR) registration – We can assist with registering for priority services, ensuring additional support during power cuts or emergencies.
- General information, advice, and guidance (IAG) – Whether you have questions about utilities, financial matters, or accessing local support, we are here to help.
- and much more.
