The Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) is working in partnership with Electricity North West to provide free, one-to-one advice sessions for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals living in the Tameside area.
Our sessions offer tailored support to help residents with:
- Energy-related guidance – Get expert advice on managing energy usage, understanding bills, and accessing available support.
- Financial assistance – Find out about financial aid and schemes that may help with energy costs.
- Extra Care Register (ECR) registration – We can assist you in signing up for priority support during power cuts or emergencies.
- General information, advice, and guidance (IAG) – From utilities to financial matters and local support services, we’re here to help.
British Sign Language (BSL) support is available, ensuring full accessibility for all attendees.
