RAD is delighted to announce that Essex County Council has agreed to award us the contract to provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services for the deaf and hard of hearing community in Essex.
We can support you with:

- Translating English into BSL
- Making telephone calls
- Understanding bills
- Contacting the Council
- Signposting to specialist support services
