For over 180 years, RAD has been empowering the deaf community, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for deaf people to thrive. None of this would be possible without the kindness and generosity of the people that support us.
Why we need your help
We know the work we do changes lives. Whether it’s providing communication support so a deaf person can get the medical care they need, running workshops to help schools create inclusive environments, or offering a lifeline through our Advocacy and Wellbeing service – our impact is real and meaningful. Every service we offer helps break down barriers, promote independence and create opportunities for deaf people to thrive in a world that often overlooks their needs.
But times are tough. The cost-of-living crisis has stretched everyone, and business costs have gone up. Meanwhile, the demand for our services has never been greater. We need your help to ensure we can keep providing vital support to deaf people when they need it most
