Dr Jan Sheldon, CEO Royal Association for Deaf people said –

“Our 175th birthday is an excellent opportunity to celebrate all that is great in Deaf history, language and culture. We know there is some fantastic work taking place and some amazing individuals – let’s find out more and celebrate them. We are so proud to be 175 years old; we see this as a real achievement for our charity.”
